Beautiful 4 BR/ 3.5 BA, + loft, sitting at a 3,250 ft. elevation, with magnificent views overlooking into the Jonathan & Maggie Valley areas. Large deck area with a hot-tub, dining seating area and a gas grill. Has a king master bedroom, 2 queen Bedrooms, 1 bunkbed room. A stone wood burning fireplace on the main floor, covered porch with sitting area right off the dining area & kitchen. Three flat screen TV’s, Wi-Fi, dining room seats 8 comfortably. Two car garage, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer.
PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING: NO MOTORCYCLES OR SLINGSHOTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS COMMUNITY.
Main Level:
Living Room, Kitchen, Dining area, laundry room, covered porch with sitting area. Queen bedroom with full bathroom, second bunkbed room, 1.5 baths. Hot-tub on deck overlooking the valley.
Upper Level:
Loft with gaming table, Master King Bedroom with master bathroom with a Jacuzzi & wine fridge. Small balcony with sitting for two.
Lower Level:
Family room with flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, queen bedroom with gas fireplace, full bathroom and garage entrance.
Rates:
3 night minimum required

$350 nightly / $2,250 weekly
June - Dec (Holidays Excluded)
$375 nightly / $2,425 weekly
Holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year
7 night minimum required
$2800 weekly
11% tax will be applied to rent
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent
Pet Friendly: Pet Fee $125 ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED, 20 LBS OR LESS.
Please confirm if you are bringing a pet at the time of reserving. Pets seen at the property that were not approved by office of will result in a fee of $500.
50% Deposit Required for Reservations, other half due two weeks prior to the arrival.

Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Please order ahead before your arrival.
The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.

Smoky Mountain Retreat Rentals is a first class operation: Friendly personnel, easy to contact, fast answers to questions, easy rental process, instant help while at property.
Sunset Ridge Lodge is a beautiful home, offering perfect privacy and mountain views. The hot tub is great. Some things we were not pleased with: Landscaping is neglected, including dead plants on deck. Potential for gorgeous garden (evidence it was once well-maintained), but now overgrown. Small path behind house is also neglected, with planters empty or dead plants within. Driveway had deep ruts and needs grading/new gravel. Exterior siding and railings in need of new paint/stain. Great furniture and bedding and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, excepting the poor large [only] frying pan. With issues addressed, we'd give it 10/10.

It was wonderful and perfect. The cabin was great and had great views. My extended family and visitors to the wedding were so impressed. The company was so easy to work with. As we were there for a wedding it was a very stressful time and the company went above and beyond providing answers and services for our every request. Smokey mountain retreat was very easy to work with and we could not be happier with our stay. My extended family who visited for the wedding plan to return next summer.

This year we were celebrating a 50 year wedding anniversary. The house was filled with family and dogs. The space was perfect. It provided the right mix of privacy and social areas, the balcony was perfectly situated with views of a valley and the surrounding mountains. We had visits from many birds, squirrels and even a momma bear with cubs. Being in a community we felt safe incase of an emergency but also enjoyed the feeling of being alone - nights were quiet except for the occasional owl. The drive up to the cabin was fine, there were a few switch backs that were expected and the drive up the driveway was moderately steep on a gravel surface - we had no issues and got used to it very quickly. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone.

House was very accommodating, had 9 people and everyone was comfortable. We had around 5" of snow come in the night before our checkout, we were contacted to wait on the roads to be cleared and felt safe before checking out.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and the fireplace was awesome. We stayed for Christmas and there was even a decorated tree ready for us. Management company was friendly and easy to work with. Our entire family loved the shuffleboard table. The views were also beautiful. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful weekend at Sunset Ridge Lodge. The cabin was just as pictured, roomy and clean, we had no complaints. Each of our 3 children (teens and up) had their own room with comfy beds and plenty of space. We loved the master suite which had a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed playing the shuffleboard which led to heated competitions! We especially enjoyed the hot tub which had plenty of room for the 5 of us. It snowed while we were there and the rental company plowed the driveway for us, which was much appreciated. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and even allowed us to leave later due to the weather conditions. We would be happy to stay here again!
