The home offers long-range views of Mt. Pisgah and a beautiful overlook of Lake Junaluska. The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath layout comfortably sleeps 12 guests and includes:
- Main Level: True single-level living with a primary King suite featuring a stepless walk-in shower.
- Downstairs level: Junior Primary Suite King bed, Bunk Room Queen-over-Queen and Twin-over-Twin, and Guest Room Queen bed.

Rates and Policies
- Standard Rate: $500 nightly (4-night minimum).
- Holiday Rate: Christmas and New Year require a 6-night minimum.
- Hot Tub Fee: $100
- Fees and Taxes: 11% tax, $340 cleaning fee, $100 Hot tub fee, $65 reservation fee (plus tax), and a $50 required damage protection fee.
- Optional: 6.5% Trip Insurance.
- Requirements: Deposit required for reservations.
- Restrictions: No pets allowed. Motorcycles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted within the subdivision.
