Hiking trails nearby and total of three fire pits. Imagine yourself standing at the top of a majestic waterfall, the sound of water cascading down the rocks. But it's not just any waterfall - this one has a staircase that takes you on a journey down to a seating area and fire pit, where you can bask in the warmth of the fire while being serenaded by the roaring sound of the water.
But that's not all. The adventure continues as you hike down to the waterfall and cross over to embark on an amazing journey through Smoky Mountain Retreat. The beauty of nature surrounds you as you traverse the winding paths, with each turn revealing a new wonder to behold.

Located on three acres in the 1,000-acre gated Smoky Mountain Retreat Community. A circular dining room nook overlooks the waterfalls. Includes three bedrooms, three full and two half baths, + a bunk bed in the loft for extra kids. Sits at 3,500 ft. elevation.

Best of all, you can work or browse the web with the high-speed internet.
Five TVs, three-car garage, central heat and air, washer and dryer.
1st Floor – Primary bedroom with new king size bed, large bath with jacuzzi tub, shower, double vanity, great room with stone fireplace. There is a large wall of windows facing the breathtaking view. The dining room overlooks the waterfall. The kitchen includes new appliances, filtered water, granite countertops, a low counter bar, includes a coffee and Keurig maker, and every utensil you need.

2nd Floor (Upper)–Massive bedroom with king-size bed, and a full bunk bed, with a twin on top. Full bath and a large loft with bunk bed.

Pets: Any guests interested in bringing pets must inquire with the host first and obtain approval from the homeowners. There will be a $100 fee PER each pet and only 2 pets allowed.
The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cascading Falls. We actually stayed in one day just to enjoy the cabin. The set up worked well with extended family traveling together and plenty to entertain kids as well. The view is breathtaking! The real jukebox was a big hit! The only down side would be the steep driveway - all paved roads up to the cabin and paved driveway - just extremely steep and was a little slick with the leaves and rain. No other complaints - overall had an amazing stay!

Cascading Falls is the perfect place to stay for a large family! The home is beautifully furnished with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay. We all enjoyed playing pool and listening to the jukebox on the bottom floor and sitting on the side porch by the falls was perfect for relaxation. We visit the Maggie Valley/Waynesville area several times a year and this home is my new favorite!

We had a lovely time in Cascading Falls. The view is spectacular and hearing the cascading falls when you step out on the deck is incredibly relaxing.

This was our second stay at Cascading Falls. The house is large, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It's name is perfect in that there is a waterfall visible at the side of the house. There is a steep sloped drive to the house but the rental company was kind to blow the leaves off for us. We visited Waynesville, Biltmore, Bryson City and Silva. The Patio was a great little lunch spot in Waynesville. The Inn at Tranquility Farm in Maggie Valley is a stunning wedding venue. Our family intitally stayed at Cascading Falls for our daughter's wedding weekend in 2018 and we loved it so much we reserved it again. All at the real estate company were most helpful.
